Residential retreats from Sunday to Thursday, special services on all first Fridays, healing services and preaching the Word of God on all Saturdays and Sundays were the ministries at the beginning. In 1996, Fr. Mathew Elavumkal VC, the then Director of Potta Ashram was appointed as the Director of Tabor Ashram and Fr. Martin Kalamparambil became the Assistant Director. Later Fr.
